Shonna is uniquely situated to help candidates find the right fit, having practiced law for years at a large law firm and then in house, before becoming a legal recruiter. She began her legal career as a corporate associate at White & Case in New York and, after a few years in the Big Apple, she transferred to the firm’s Los Angeles office. While at W&C, Shonna served as a member of the hiring committee and as an associate mentor. She later moved in house with The Wonderful Company where she had a broad transactional practice and continued to be actively involved in recruiting. Shonna’s experience practicing in both a law firm and in house has given her an in-depth understanding of the benefits and challenges of working in either environment. She uses this knowledge to help her candidates find not just a job, but rather employment that is both professionally and personally rewarding. Shonna takes the time to thoroughly get to know each candidate’s unique personality and career goals so she can guide them to the perfect fit.
